How much is the training course?
The training is fully sponsored.
Candidates will sign a 5-year career development contract to build a strong foundation in the field.
We also provide a paid onboarding program to support candidates financially during training.
What is the salary during onboarding and deployment?
Onboarding Program (6 months): RM3,000/month
Deployment: Double the onboarding salary (minRM7,000/month)
Upon deployment with a principal, candidates will earn double the onboarding salary, reflecting their increased responsibilities and contributions.
Is accommodation provided during the onboarding program?
Accommodation is not provided. Candidates will attend training during working hours and are free to return home after training each day.
Where is the office located?
Our main office is located in Bukit Damansara & Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur.
Training sessions take place at various locations across the Klang Valley.
What are the training hours?
Training runs from Monday to Saturday, starting at 9:30 AM.
Ending time depends on the day’s activities. We ensure candidates have enough rest to maintain high performance.
How many candidates are accepted per batch?
Each batch consists of 6 to 10 candidates.
We prioritize quality over quantity, selecting individuals through a rigorous three-stage interview process.

What happens if I decide to withdraw during onboarding or after starting the contract?
We deeply value personal and professional development.
However, if a candidate breaks the 5-year contract — whether during onboarding or afterward — they will be required to reimburse the company for the investment made in their training and development.
